Meal Plan Monday

So I went blog reading this morning. Very interesting. I especially liked some of the posts over at clothes line alley. Man, has Mrs. Brigham got a lot going on. I admire her for it though as she has risen above what was to really make a life for her family.

Anyways, one of the posts that I hadn't read was about meal plan Mondays. Apparently there is a tradition that I didn't know about in some parts of blog land where the weekly meals are planned out every Monday. Hmm, every Monday you say??? I might be able to do that. Especially if there are days where the menu includes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches... hehehe. Anyways, I am debating trying it out a little. If you want more info about it, click here.
