Painting the Bathroom

All the walls in this house were still the same light beige that the builder had painted it, with the exception of some stripes on the bottom half of Savannah's walls. I got tired of the bathroom blahs. So I went and bought some paint. Just on impulse, I went in Home Depot and bought a gallon of paint. The paint chip showed this nice little mint green but when it was actually on the walls, it is the same color as a bottle of Pert Plus Shampoo. I like it one minute, as it is a very pretty color, and then the next minute I am like, wow that is too bright. Mike thinks that we could tone it down a little by adding a little extra white base to it before the top coat, so we will have to see how it turns out. If worse comes to worse, we are out $20, which in the end isn't worth crying over spilt milk.
