Happy Easter!

So I know it is a little late, but hey this little family was just a tad busy last weekend. It also seems like the first half of every week just flies by. Why I don't know, especially since Mike works late two of those days. It just always seems like Monday is here and gone, then it's Thursday and I wonder where the week went.

So I started to say that last weekend we celebrated Easter. I hope you all had a good one. We started some of our own family traditions this year for Easter. We started with the Pancake Breakfast at our church, followed by playing with the church friends at Sunday school. Okay, so Savannah played while us adults were in church services. Then we came back home for a little while before the afternoon Easter festivities. Mark and Karen, and Del and Joanna had invited us over for Easter Lunch. Yummy was it good. Then all the girls played.... went fishing, played in dirt piles (in Savannah's case she ate some of the dirt too), used Joanna and Del's van as a jungle gym, and watched some good old fashion VeggieTales. All around a wonderful day. I know you'd love to see some pictures but I don't have any. Maybe Joanna has some to share, but I didn't have my camera.

By the end of the day though, we were all exhausted, went home and fell straight into bed... Okay so there was definitely a bath in there somewhere for the dirt playing kid, but that was about it.

Happy Easter.
