April 19th through 20th

So this past weekend was a very active one, with lots of things to do and lots of opportunities to learn, play and work.

Saturday morning Savannah, Mike, and I all had to work, but then Mike dropped me off for a few hours at the agricultural center for the 13th annual agriculture fair, while they went home to take naps. I learned lots of stuff, of which I will have to go into more depth later.

Sunday after church we had dinner with my family and a family friend, Rosemary, who had been in town for the last few days before Mike and I headed back to church to hear John Rosemond speak on Raising Strong Willed Children. How appropriate that is for Mike and I! Well, again, I learned a lot and it really got Mike and I thinking about some of the issues of parenting. I will have to go into more depth about it later too, as it really was very interesting.

I right now, however, have a headache, and Savannah is having a meltdown cause she can't have dinner till Daddy gets home. So that is why, you'll have to stay tuned.
