Another reason to hate Savannah's Doctors office

So Savannah and Zoe do not have the same pediatrician, Zoe goes to a really good private clinic out close to where we live, and Savannah goes to one in town closer to the hospital.

Now that I have stated my disclaimer; I have yet another reason as to why I hate Savannah's Doctors office....

Shot Records!

It is a single sheet of paper that states that Savannah is up to date on all her shots so that she can attend her Mother's Morning Out sessions this fall. Well, when I went to ask for a copy of it, the pediatrician said that they were unable to give me the form, even though she is their patient, and that I would have to go to the immunizations area. Well, it is back to school time so EVERYONE is getting back to school shots. So when I went to try and get the form I needed, there was a TWO HOUR wait. That is ridiculous to make a mom with kids wait two hours for the bureaucracy to finally get their act together and fill out a sheet of paper!

Later someone mentioned the doctors office of their kid takes two days to do it.... I am even fine with that, I don't mind picking it up later, but that option wasn't even given!!!! ugh.

but it is a love hate relationship.... they do get rather cheap physicals for Savannah that she requires every three to four months for us since we have such limited insurance.
