It's Hot!!!
It's hot down here in sunny Florida. I mean we are having near record heat and the AC units aren't able to keep up with the above average heat. In fact, most people around here are starting to question of the AC units are even working.... I know, some of us floridians are just weaklings.... Texas and Arazonians are more used to temps this high, but all you northerners just don't know what hot really is! : )

How hot is it? Until Edouard hit South Texas, we were getting to 105-107 each day. That was just unbearable. Our electric bill is unbearable, too, with having to cool the house to a pregnant lady's standards!
The heat index is hitting between the 105 and 115 range. Now that is hot.
I can imagine the AC bill.... I am very thankful not to be pregnant through this summer.... though I am not sure 6 weeks post partum is too much better... I am still getting hot flashes.
