Mike and I are trying to figure out how the big families do it. With Savannah and Zoe, one of them gets sick and they bring home the germs and then it spreads through the whole family..... and then lingers. I will admit that the house cleaning isn't my favorite thing to do, however, I don't let it get that bad out of hand. There must be something more that I can do....
Mike asked Robin and Hattie yesterday how they did it with six kids..... and they both said the key is bleaching down surfaces. That is what worked for them. I just worry about the use of lots of chemicals.... and from working at the preschools I know you have to pour out bleachwater each night and remake in the morning so that it doesn't destroy spraybottles... and you risk ruining clothes if you accidently spill.
So I am looking for more ideas.....What worked (s) for you and your family?

At school I just used spray Lysol.... And wash hands, wash hands!
This is something I heard from a doctor when I was visiting a sick infant in the hospital.
He told the mom to go home and wipe down everything with a solution of water and hydrogen peroxide. He told her that it cleaned and disinfected better than bleach and didn’t have the smell and danger that bleach has. He said that cleaning with peroxide all the time was all she needed.
