So As I posted earlier, Mike fell and broke his kneecap. He is scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning (Thursday) at 10:45. The docs have to make a three to four inch incision and uncover the bone and screw the pieces back together. It doesn't sound too pleasant does it?
His recovery time is 6 to 8 weeks. How much of that is here at home, we aren't sure yet. He will probably not be climbing under cars and so forth like he is used to doing for quite some time.
Our biggest need right now is for help Thursday. I can't imagine trying to accommodate the girls and Mike in surgery at the same time. It is an all day type thing from what I expect. Zoe is at that trouble tot stage too, so wherever she is, it pretty much has to be kid proof.

Do you want to drop the kids off here at my house? I can stay home for the day with them...my plans are extremely flexible, so it wouldn't be any trouble. They'd have a blast with mine...and my house is relatively childproofed already. :) Call me!
