Well, we had our first dentist visit. I made an appointment for Savannah as I was concerned about a cavity, though it turns out she has two. Both are on her canine teeth, but one upper left and the other lower right, or something like that. So It looks like we are headed back to the dentist for cavity fillings, as the tooth would get too sore if left untreated....
BUT if you live in St Augustine and are looking for a good pediatric dentist, I definitely recommend Matt McLellan of McLellan Dentistry. Their office is located just south of 207 on US 1 and I have given them a thumbs up the two times we have been there. (first time was for a tooth injury.) The website also says he does work for the St Johns County Health Department, though you have to be five before they will schedule you there.... otherwise it would have been nice being that they are on our insurance plan!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh, another nine months and she would have had insurance for all of this! Sorry needed to vent.....

We LOVE that dental office! Took the kids there almost six months ago for their first cleaning, and we're heading back in a few more weeks for their next one. The staff there was incredible and made us feel much more comfortable (although I think mommy was much more nervous than the kids were when we went!).
