Today I am thankful to report that I finished the Thanksgiving tree. The laminating wasn't the best job but I am still happy with it and think it turned out very well. In fact I might even say that the laminating made it more realistic. (The store that did it for me was having trouble with their laminator... and the thinker parts of the tree (where it was two of three layers of paper) it didn't melt the laminate quite hot enough. There are also some wrinkles in in where it did laminate. In my experience though it is really hard not to get wrinkles. I am not being picky about it at all. Even if I remake it for next year and laminate it again, that would be okay.)

I am also thankful that my God is a God of second, third, fourth, and 400th chances. That when we make mistakes in life we are not beyond His reach, that He can meet us wherever we might be at that time.
